« Cube³ » appears as a glass cube filled with mist, where beams of light sculpt the space. Between science and poetry, the installation reveals light as a tangible, vibrant and enigmatic material. Surrounded by luminous totems tracing their lines in the sky, it weaves together scientific rigour and artistic imagination at the heart of UMONS’ Polytechnic School.
Ofer Smilansky: an artist based in Brussels, he creates immersive audiovisual installations combining sound, light and movement.
Already present in the 2024 and 2025 editions, they return with CUBE³, confirming their central role in the history of Mons en Lumières.
Antoine Goldschmidt (Magicstreet): a recognised Belgian creator, he has been exploring light and public space for over 25 years.
