Around twenty light installations and projections in the city center
Over eight evenings, from January 30 to February 2 and from February 6 to 9, from 7:00 p.m. to midnight, the city center of Mons will light up with around twenty light installations and projections, harmoniously integrated into the urban setting and the historic architecture.
Accessible to all and completely free, the route showcases local, national, and international talents.
For this edition, the 3 km route will explore the theme “Between Earth and Sky”, celebrating the beauty of the natural world and our connection to the universe. Among the participating artists, Tadashi Kawamata, a renowned Japanese artist, will present a monumental installation in the trees of Parc Square. His work will highlight the relationship between humans and nature, while harmoniously integrating the urban space and the surrounding architecture.
